About This Game
A falling-sand pixel simulation with over 70 elements! Place solids, liquids, gases, energy, explosives, life forms, machines and special elements. Watch sand, water, fire, lava, and creatures interact with realistic pixel physics — and build working electric circuits out of batteries, wires and machines.
How to Play
- Browse element categories and click to select an element
- Click or drag on the canvas to place your chosen element
- Watch elements interact — water flows, fire burns, sand falls!
- Open the Machines tab, place a Battery, then draw a Wire from it to a Heater, Lamp, Fan, Pump or Drill
- Press H to heat elements and J to cool them down
- Press Space to pause and resume the simulation

Tips & Tricks
- Try mixing water and lava for interesting reactions
- Fire spreads quickly to flammable materials — be careful!
- Life elements create living creatures that move and interact
- Machines only run while current reaches them — the wire has to touch the machine, and the battery has to touch the wire
- Water, metals and other machines carry current too, so you can power a machine straight through a puddle or off another machine
- Oil, honey and slime don't conduct — handy for insulating part of your circuit
- Careful with creatures near live water — electricity in a pool electrocutes anything standing in it!
- Strike metal or water with Lightning and the whole thing crackles with current for a moment
- Experiment freely with different combinations — you can always clear and start fresh
